I agree with the other comments. This company will not come out the investagate weather the problems are poor workmenship or installation. I spoke to the service manager, a person named FISH. He did offer to send someone for a 150.00 charge by crecdit card or moneyorder. I should not have to pay for them to come out and determin if the problem is their issue or something else. I have no problem paying if the problem is anything other than the windows. They do not stand behind their product and the owner would not come to the phone. I have attached pictures of the window and my problem. The mold is horrible and we should not have to live with leaky windows.
