The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I brought them a diamond to mount, paid for it... And wait forever for it to come in. Finally I call the store to see whats going on and the manager gets on the phone to tell me they lost my diamond and I would have to pay for another one if I wanted it mounted!!
Theft! Plain and simple!! And they wouldnt even give me my money back to have the diamond set!...
