This is a company that has developed out of pure greed with no regard for its customers or "employee's" (independent contractors). I was there in the very early days of this company, while this was still a home based business, and can attest that many of the customers whom I installed security systems for were generally misinformed at the least and some were just blatantly lied to. The emphasis was always getting the contract signed and then keeping the customer happy for the 3 day grace period that they are legally allowed to cancel in.
Keep in mind that over the years I was installing systems for them, this amounts to thousands of customers, of which maybe 10% were well informed and not going to end up feeling as though they had been screwed down the road. For one instance many customers are promised that they going to continue to pay the amount on the contact for the remainder of their service-------this is not true the rates will increase, typically after the first year. Although some of this fault lies with the person whom is signing the contract without reading, the sales force was generally pushed to get signed contracts what ever it required. Any dispute of these issues would result in verbal bulling and threat of legal action by Daryl Johnson, even if he was well knowing they were deceived into signing.
Avoid working for/ doing business with these people, anyone that has not been burned by them yet just has not been around long enough... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
