I'm also an owner of a 2017 Ford Escape, blue in color. They won't do anything for me either. I shared the link to this complaint site to Jeff Rossen of the Rossen Report to see if he can get any answers. Maybe if we start messaging him on Facebook he'll know something is wrong .
