I've sat on hold for over two hours and have been disconnected twice after speaking with a representative for a "brief hold". The representative I've spoke with wasn't able to complete simple scheduling tasks or answer questions on why I was prompted to call customer support. There needs to be better care in regard to the call waiting system for wait time...
