Cell C has left an official reply on this complaint.
I upgraded 3 of my contract mid December 2020. I received 2 upgraded devices already, still waiting on the 3rd device. I always get different feedback from Cell C Customer service team when i call in and i get different feedback from the courier company as well. I have 7 contracts with Cell C and i started doing business with Cell C for more than 14 year...
