I paid $1.00 for a TRIAL membership on 12/25/20. I asked 1 question which the answer did not help me at all. I called customer service and cancelled membership immediately on 12/25/20. On 1/1/21 I saw a deduction from my checking for $46.00!!! I cancelled subscription and was charged for another month?? What kind of business is this? I cancelled again and I'd like a refund for my $46.00.
