JustAnswer has left an official reply on this complaint.
On December 25, 2020 I contacted JustAnswer. via their website, with a question regarding use of the registered trademark symbol in an apartment community newsletter. I did not want a telephone consultation. I was charged $5 for a "trial" question. When asked if I wanted to continue the monthly service, I told them that, "no, this was a one-time question...
