I placed an online order on 12/19. The ad highlighted same-day delivery. I selected an available delivery date as shown on a delivery calendar. Funds were withdrawn from my account on my requested delivery date, but no product was delivered.
During a call with customer care, I was informed that the delivery would not be made for another seven days. I requested my order be canceled and was told it could not be.
