You have been charging my debit card 12, 59 euros since July, however I do not have a subscription with you.
The payments recur on the 21st of each month
I want you to stop charging my card and also I demand a full refund for the months you have charged me. It has been 6 months now.
This is unacceptable. I wait for your answer on the matter
