I would like to cancellation of my family shield insurance with my card ending in 9003
Since the day you charge with my card i didn't receive any policy for the said insurance.
Secondly, I don't have a work to pay the monthly charges.
Actually I called RCBC Bankard regarding the matter but she (customer service) just told me to call the num 86288628...
