2 weeks after submitting the first payment to the modification offer the lender called us to say they have decided to deny it and sent us a letter on 7/31/09. We sent a copy of the denial letter to MDF Financial Services and they would not give us a refund. They did not fullfill the contract obligations - the Loan Modification was denied by IndyMac Bank - a copy of that denial letter has been sent to MDF Financial Services. They do not honor their "Money Back Guaranty".
[protected] Scam - My husband got the same phone call from the same number. When we tried to ask questions they told us they were going to call my husbands employer and report him. I said report him for what? Who are you and why are you calling us? They hung up and will not answer our repeated attempts to call them back. They say he ows for some Cash Advance loan back in December of 2009. I told him well we have bank statements back for 10 years so I will pull them. I requested he send me a copy of what the heck they are talking about and he hung up on me.
