I have a GE Profile washer and I hate the way it winds up my clothes into knots. If you have ties you better make sure you tie them so they don't catch and tangle everything else in the wash. I have to rinse everything twice. Saving water is a joke. Dryer is just as bad. My old dryer got everything free of lint . This one is terrible.
