Hi, I'm a regular customer of tesco Ampang. Honestly I said, I'm happy shopping at tesco Ampang. One thing that frustrated me is why the management just put only one staff at the customer service counter on weekend where that day too many people came to shop. It makes us as customers have to wait for our turn to solve our problem. I don't blame the staff...
