Stay away from buying from this company.
I am a UK customer and after spending $126.95 USD and paying for postage I would now have to pay another £27.12 for customs duty which I have refused to pay.
The company stresses they are unable to control when orders will be charged this fee but why do they not make clear that this charge is payable upon delivery.
If they were to advise overseas customers they would have to expect to pay an additional import duty they would save their customers a lot of trouble and waste of time.
Presumably the package would have gone back to the States by now but after a number of e-mails for refund I am still waiting for an answer.
I would love to hear from Shane B who is dealing with this complaint
