Accountable for their actions? Ok, maybe you meant for not answering their emails, but as far as the wrong cord goes: are you not the one that ordered the wrong one to begin with? (You stated that for yourself). You can always try going through PayPal (if you ordered through them) and see if they'll help you get the correct cord.
