I have been shopping at this store for years. With the exception of a couple of cashiers, the rest have horrible customer service skills. They don't assist you with a smile and you can tell they probably hate their jobs. Very unfriendly that I am surprise that they are getting away with these types of behavior. Now when I go I try and look out for the couple of lady cashiers that I find very professional and courteous but when I don't see them I leave and take my business somewhere else. I just get a bad feeling in the pit of the stomach when I when I use to go there.
The pharmacist Mr. Yareed is so wonderful, knowlegable and very helpful. He always goes out of his way to help. So different from some cashiers that do not display customer service skills. Does corporate monitor how their employees are suppose to treat the customer that bring business to these stores.
