I'm so sorry for your loss. Other than take him to court, I'm not sure what you can do, but since you settled by accepting an amount, I don't think you can even take him to court any more.
Hope you told the managers.
There are so many complaints against PetSmart, I would never go to one.
Is this a different store than you went to the first time you posted? Are they all this bad?
Maybe you ought to call the company with the expired food and complain about their reps not rotating stock. Worth a shot.
