Reverse phone detective is the worst service ever. I ordered a report yesterday and after the payment was processed I was kicked off the site. Then when I tried to retrieve the report the site stated that I had already viewed the report and it can only be viewed once but I had not viewed at all yet. I then e-mailed customer service(becasue there is no phone number) at 8:30am 7-6-09 and did not receive a response until 12: 30pm 7-7-09. I went on a paid another service to provide the information and it was quick and efficient. Now reverse phone detective does not want to refund my payment for services not rendered. DON'T EVER USE THEM!
