Just a note to say that if you have any issues that are not addressed, you may email biz@biblesoft.com -- Please be specific and include your full name so that we may find your account and reply appropriately. There are a number of people who prefer to blast on social media sites; but in the end, the only way to solve issues is to contact the company. Use of the email above will get you where you need to be. OneTouch customers are afforded the appropriate updates at no additional cost. The real issue is that a few disgruntled people who do not follow the Christian teaching of going to the source with issues as compared to whispering or gossiping, seem to feel the need to imply that ALL users are not satisfied or feel as they do. Biblesoft has specifically refrained from getting happy customers to get involved on social media in support of the products and the company as it would still be gossiping in our opinion.
