I worked for the company and they do not "sell" your information. Nor are they violating any laws. Each phone call is monitored for compliance. A person must agree to what they are purchasing. It's just that most people calling are not listening and agreeing to everything. And then when the end of the month comes and they forgot they called and ordered, its the company's fault.
