I made a booking for a hotel in Kk on 1st Jan 2017.
I have completed the booking & make payment, notify will send voucher but i dont receive any. I also email but no reply. I called the customer service but asked to leave msg.
I do screen shot the booking & prove that i make the payment, but now i dont receive anythg.
