I'm not sure what "resolved" means on these complaints. I just received an email stating complaint was "resolved". This was complaint from two years ago and I've never had any response of any kind... again - joke!

Absolute worse tour company I have ever dealt with from start to finish. No customer service, no attention to detail and extremely poor quality. I would never ever recommend. I've been booking travel for 30 plus years and have never encountered a company that is as cheap and unethical as this one. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. There is a lot of...
