Bridges Boxer's Puppy Contract
All puppies are raised in our home with continuous supervision. This promotes well adjusted temperaments, socialization, and some basic training before going home with their new families. Bridges Boxer puppies will have been vet checked, dew claws removed, tails docked, d-wormed and vaccinated on schedule before going to your home. All come with 3 year health guarantee for genetic imperfection.
Full registration and limited registration are available (to select homes). Any white puppies will only be available for limited registration. Bridges Boxers reserves the right not to sell a pup to a prospective buyer. Deposits are non-refundable and puppy needs to be paid in full by 8 weeks old.

Complete Puppy Contract
Buyer (s) accepts full responsibility for proper care of the boxer puppy once it leaves the breeders.
Buyer is subject to: Maintenance of proper diet, taking puppy to a qualified veterinarian within 72 hrs upon arrival of new home and maintaining up to date on all required vaccinations. Prevent any type of abuse including extended periods of crating without relief, leaving outside with no housing, food or water. If anytime during the life of this boxer you cannot keep the puppy, the breeder has first opportunity to take back with no refunds.
Registration
All of our puppies sold on limited registration must be spayed/neutered.
Health Guarantee
The breeder, Bridges Boxers for the following conditions, guarantees your new puppy:
1) The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs of arrival. If during the initial exam, should your veterinarian find the puppy to be in poor health risk you need to contact the breeder within 24 hrs. Puppy will be returned to breeder within 3 days if you elect to return. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giarrdia, parasites, kennel cough, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy and breeder is not responsible. Any vet bill are the sole responsibility of the new owner, no money will be reimbursed for any vet bills.
2) Your puppy is guaranteed within the first 72 hrs if the puppy received a certified diagnosis of parvovirus infection.
3) If your puppy is found unhealthy you may elect to keep the puppy, or exchange for one of the same (no money back). If you do not seek a veterinarian within 72 hrs, the warranty is void. Puppy will be replaced within 12 months of original sale date if returning original puppy.
Contract Voided
Guarantee is voided in the event of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis. Guarantee does not include illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, or physical injury.
Guarantee is also voided if you do not feed the puppy a proper diet. The Puppy needs to stay on age appropriate food.
If one of the above conditions exist within the exception of voids, the breeder will gladly honor its guarantee by replacing the puppy with a new weaned puppy of similar breeding value subject to availability. Original puppy must be returned to breeder as well; otherwise, no exchange will be made. Buyer may elect to keep the puppy but will be fully responsible for any vet bills from puppy. A certified diagnosis is defined as a positive diagnosis by veterinary teaching hospital or state licensed D.V.M acceptable to the breeders own Veterinarian. If returning puppy it must be returned within 3 days of diagnosis.
Some disorders may be caused by environmental factors. for example: cocidia, giardia, kennel cough, cancer, demodectic mange, scabies, allergies and other autoimmune system disorders and these are not covered in this guarantee. This guarantee does not include injuries, fleas, mites, kennel cough or any other intestinal worms/parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. This guarantee does not include uneven bites undescended testicles, Class l to ll insignificant murmurs, inguinal or umbilical hernias. We, the breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Cornona virus after 48 hrs. of the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contacted immediately after leaving the breeder. We will not be responsible for illness or health problems, which are diagnoses after the time period, except where stated in this contract.
Your puppy is guaranteed for 3 year from the date of birth against life threatening congenital defects.
