Patrol One is a pathetic excuse of a patrol company. When they first sign up with an association they encourage immediate towing of cars that do not have the parking tags hanging in the mirror. It costs the resident owners hundreds of dollars to get their cars after being treated like a criminal by the bull dog that works in the office at the tow yard. Then, when an association finally wises up, or is so tired of the complaints from the homeowners, they finally research other options that don't involve towing. Then the patrol company disappears. Now you are paying them for nothing because the never come around. They ONLY are interested in patrolling properties where they can make money from kick-backs from the towing company. This is against the law in California, but happens all the time. Any association or company who is thinking about hiring this company needs to know this. They are not trustworthy or ethical!
