This is absolutely untrue and slanderous! There is no mention of address, list price, sale price and what problems there were. Buyers have every opportunity to have any inspection and terminate the contract if they are not happy with the condition. No one forced them to purchase a property. There is no way for an agent to have knowledge of any latent defects.
