The previous complaint is accurate. They sell you one plan (interest free) and use any pretext necessary to get you off of or out of the interest free plan. Then, they begin to ascess any and all sorts of fees to run up your bill further.
Calling their office in Irvine, Calif. will do nothing for you. They are the very best at giving you the run around, and dancing around an issue rather than give you an answer to your questions.
My opinion, you would do better to get a payday loan, rather than use DCY...
