with over 3, 000 existing clients and passed all licensing and trading standard tests we can assure you that the reviews are Groupon or wowcher clients that have been very demanding and unrespectful to small buisnesses by using reviews to bully small buisnesses as this is their way of behaviour
Our salon has always fitted in clients when and wherever possible and always giving affordable prices to public
We strongly ask people to decide when you come as to how beautiful and friendly our salon is and how busy we are

South Londons Number one laser clinic over 12 years in the profession
This client was totally happy before she left the clinic and she complained after few days so not helpful to us
Of course Harley street will ask you to pay hundreds but you did not have to go there to get any corrections if anything it may be worse after going there
reviews doesn't mean as a customer you don't respect small buisnesses and start using g their personal names to abuse them
We are a very happy friendly clinic and wish always the best for our clients

We agree to reviews but not personal reviews using staff names and also it is not fair for people who view this to think small buisnesses are wrong in defending ourselves when these clients were nasty and had got refunded already

We have over 3k clients and in buisness over 16 years
We are all licensed and certified and very senior in experience
We have won the London Hsir and beauty awards 2015 from public votes
We welcome all to our salon and clinic
Unfortunately we have this constant client who did get a refund and also she asked for what she wanted and also if she was that upset she wouldn't have gone home that day without a complaint
So please be aware of these type of clients reviews who try to get freebie treatments and also try to wreck small buisnesses
