Makemytrip is the worst travel company in this world!
I too am a victim of this crap. After 10 months of having canceled, I received a call from a collections agency asking me to pay up a sum of $100. This even after they scammed me for $60 last year before I canceled. There is no way to reach them or complain. Any advice is welcome.
When you make a transaction using a credit card it is the safest way that NO ONE can cheat you. As a Customer you have a mechanism to dispute the transaction. When a dispute arises on a transaction the Bank/Issuer of the Card will contact the merchant asking them for the receipt of the transaction which obviously in your case KSRTC will not be able to provide and hence you will be credited the money. Where the transaction is in dispute you do not have give the interest on those transaction amount till it is solved either ways and if it is against you only then you pay interest. GLTA...
I want to complain about this complaint... I'm not affiliated with this company at all, but stuff like this frustrates me beyond belief. If you want to have quality you have to pay for it. If you want a discount. Dont complain about discounted furniture. Furthermore, how does "damage" appear after 1 month. If you don't know how to take care of your stuff, it isn't the stores fault. Stop complaining, they delivered your stuff on Christmas.

get airtel guys i also was a victim of poor service of bsnl but i have shifted to airtel unlimited excellent speed, no dead line issues.
Be careful - these guys will post positive reviews about themselves on various web forums and elsewhere! They were recently found to be doing this on dpreview.com. They are pretty slimey. Peter
