We are a small bar/restaurant that was also scammed into this contract, the sales rep totally lied to us that we could cancel when we wanted. We have talked to many FDGL employees that are rude and tell us different buyout amounts. we sent them a $500 cashiers check and someone else called us to tell us we owe $1200 more. All this after sending the machine back. They also accessed our new account without our permission and drew another monthly charge out. How can they do this? They totally take advantage of small businesses because we cant stand up to them! They don't have a clue who the sales rep is, as soon as you sign your name FDGL takes over and you are screwed! Will they take you into court if you don't pay or just ruin your credit score?
