did you ever think that you should contact your post office and lodge a complaint with them?
before you completely ward off kohls, you should understand that the store is separate from the credit card company. chase bank bought out kohls credit card a few years ago, so maybe you should consider banning chase and not kohls.
i agree. humans are also the ones reading the signs, and are possible of making mistakes when reading them. many people get buy one get one signs confused with buy two get one signs. it is just because you see what you want to see.

totally agree. when you sign up for a credit card, you sign up for all of their fine print. take better care of your finances.
For assistance with Kohl's Charge billing or payment inquiries, please contact Kohl's Charge customer service.

yeah. if you had your reciept, you would most definitly get back EXACTLY what you paid for it. sounds like you has a coupon you forgot to account for.
or, without a reciept, you would get the lowest sale price in store credit. which is not the store's fault because they have no idea who much you actually paid for it.
so either way, your wrong.

kohls does not use camera in there fitting rooms. that is why it is so had to catch as many shoplifters as there are.
kohls return policy clearly states that returns made with that gift reciept will be for the original purchase amount in store credit. thats all there is to it.
a huge pet peeve of mine is when a customer is charged what they think is the wrong amount and accuse the cashier for charging them too much. hello people! this is not 1825! the bar code rings up the item and the computer signifies the price. cashiers do not know the prices for the millions of items in the store and enter the prices of the items manually into the computer. come on. learn how a store works.

since you have a kohls charge, i assume you shop in the store. kohls makes it very easy to pay your bill instore with either cash or check. you can even pay your bill immediately after making a purchase as to take advantage of coupons but never keeping a balance. so the next time you are shopping, just pay your bill instore.
before you ban kohls, you need to understand that the store is separate from the credit company. chase bank bought out kohls credit a few years ago. you should consider banning chase bank rather than the store. also, no one ever said that you had to use your kohls charge to shop there.

willow- stop lying about the video cameras. kohls does not have video cameras in the dressing rooms. if they did and they used this pretend footage (which is illegal) in court it would never fly BECAUSE ITS ILLEGAL! sure, it makes sence to use illegal evidence IN COURT. get real. way to poke a hole in your own convoluted logic.

wow. i wish i was being paid by kohls because this would be the easiest job in the world. do you really think your statement is logical. if they didnt care about you why would they bother to pay people to do something like this. get real. you were wrong.
Very well said Aidan. I agree 100%.
