Unlawful labor practices. Target hires workers at two difference pay rates. Flow team( moving inventory) and sales floor. Flow team makes more because the work is "harder". No problem, since you understand that going in to the job. But what happens after you are hired for sales floor is you are asked to move inventory when the flow team is shorthanded, which is almost daily. So Target hires you at a lower pay rate, but then gets you to do the work without adjusting your salary. One of the most unethical places I have ever worked. I have since left the company and reported them to the state labor board.
