I too have had a situation just like yours. I was told I had to full fill a 48 month contract, even though I had not even turned on the machine and had sent it back. Now I get a notice they will debit my checking account for an annual sales/use/excise tax for money they made on the leased machine in 2013! I am with you if there is a class action suit, our credit report is valuable and First Data is taking away our ability to get credit because of collection pursuit.
