Do not use this company if you value your money, they're a complete sham. £95 for a callout, where I was incorrectly advised that it was the electrics not my oven that we're faulty. In a new build flat I thought this unlikely but paid £40 for an electrician to confirm my suspicions. A second dolphin engineer came out, still could not find a fault. He said there was one, but he didn't have time to sit and find it and suggested we buy a new hob. With no other option, we did so at considerable cost, only for the Curry's man fitting it to point out a simple fault with the hob that the engineer should have picked up in 5 seconds and certainly didn't require a new hob. This company are a sham, they charge you for their time but deliver nothing. When I complained, they were never on the customer's side, and they didn't believe what I told them because the engineers denied what they had said on their visits. Their customer service was awful, 'customer is always wrong' and it took weeks to get a response. Save yourself the bother!
