The sales agent gave us false information multiple times during the sales process and kept this information out of the final contract that we signed. We missed these details as we are not lawyers and trusted this company. He tricked us in the deal. We are now stuck with a lease we never wanted. The company did everything it could to cover its ###.
They also tried to put in the final contract a fee of 10% while 5% is the Dubai standard. Luckily we caught that one.

I also had a terrible experience. Our sales agent gave false information to get the deal done. Later the agent suddenly did not remember this anymore and we were stuck with the lease. We asked the company for a solution. Unfortunately, they were not willing to help and only focused on keeping their commission. I had to file a complaint against them with the RERA. A shame
