Hi Max,
I am not that free to track AWI or TBW but have been in a few groups previously to help one another to find alternative to deal with our situation. So far non of the group had successfully gotten back full refund. About 50% of us had sold our wine at 60%-70% loss and move on. While the other 50% still hoping for a miricle.
The only truth is you have to get out quickly and deal with deal if you want in the later stage. S'pore law have no hold on what they are doing so is up to individual to go sue them but the cost may be to huge to bear. A few have gone to CASE or report police but the nos are just too small for the authority to act as most people just not interested to do anything positive. Even talking to the media (SPH), only 6-7 came forward while the rest are waiting for things to happen. If there are 100 people banging at the police station door or meet the media at one go, I believe the authority will act. Too bad that most are just seating and waiting while your wine depricate in value day by day. You are just digging your own grave which end up getting back nothing and still need to pay storage fee.
Sorry for being so blant but that is the truth and the longer you drag, the worst will be your situation. Do place anymore hope in them or trust them.
I meant don't place anymore hope in them or trust them.
First of all I have not post any threatening msg or I seen any threatening here but if u deem is threatening, u may well go make police report. U should reflect on why all unhappy client gave u such hiostle respond. I see same old story here like Guillianno, saying he could have let Menlo cease the wine instead of saving them, what brave act. Should we worship u like gods or super hero?
Why client here is so angry becos a lot of my members in my group got NO respond from u, Alvin Lim. No reply from email or no one pick up the phone. Well done!
I suggest everyone to go and make a police report 1st, we need the nos for the authority to act. Please PM me the report no and I'll colate them together with those that have made earlier. Thanks.
The strange part is even after 8-10 yrs they still can't sell ur wines, even we are willing to suffer 30% or 50% loss. They can only offer exculsive membership or trading contract for a hight fee to prioritize ur wine sale but nothing much was done or trade your wine to something else which also have way to determine the value. So Alvin, what r u trying to show?
Hi All,
I received a PM fr one of d AWI victim & was informed that things don't look good. Alvin is finding excuse; Guillianno Mata seem to be "missing" and he might have moved some wines too. One of my grp member found that some of his wine r missing without his authorization. Please quickly check ur inventory w CWT and make a police report to protect ur own interest in case AWI assets r freezed for whatever resason. Thanks.
AWI Exposed!
Anyone knows this guy, Guillianno Norberto R. Mata? I heard he was from RHC and now in Singapore scamming people.

Why sign wine exchange form and end up with more wine that you can't sell? Just ask for cash refund and go CASE to make a report on your missing wine.
