I agree it is difficult to be removed from her mailing lists. When I click the Unsubscribe button, it takes me to her website and I get a message that they need to verify that I am the one that sent the request with that email address so they are sending me an email to my email address with an unsubscribe link. An hour later, and I an still waiting for this email with an unsubscribe link (and I did check my junk mail folder, where I have automatically filtered many of her emails after giving up trying to unsubscribe due to the above normal effort required).
I call phooeey on this tactic. If somebody is impersonating me with an unsubscribe request, I can easily re-subscribe. I could understand wanting verification for subscribing, but not unsubscribing.
