Stay away from this inept lawyer. Never sign up with any attorney nor callous, unprofessional as this one IS. I suggest do a search under any attorney you are checking. Stay away from the free web sites for attorneys. Workers Comp attorneys are on a % basis only. If visit an attorney, have a discussion only. Then go home, think about it, do internet searches then decide. A lot of complaints about this one gets removed by a contracted firm to do so. Or gets lost in New complaints. Some of the remarks here say later that the issue got resolved. But search more and find there is a new complaint that got filed somewhere else in this board re-affirming the complaint. Seems this so called attorney is well versed in conning people. When an attorney talks more about himself than what WC is all about, LEAVE.
