If you want to get a full/partial refund, you must contact the BBB, Trustlink, and the Businessconsumeralliance, as soon as you file complaints on all three websites, you will immediately be called by the vice president of Blue Tax who will spew lies to you to try to sweet talk you into retracting your complaint's, don't buy into any of his lies, tell him you are demanding a full refund. He will make promises that the case will be resolved and investigated in a matter of days, but then they'll just pass you off to a different account manager. All their staff quit at the end of 2013/early 2014 because they couldn't make payroll and were committing so much fraud.
