I agree, Sawnee EMC claims to "care" about their customers but they will cut your service off, add a large deposit and they know that you have no choice but to pay the deposit because there is no other light company in their district. They cut off our lights when we're a month behind and they do not try to make arrangements. Either you pay or you have NO LIGHTS. They don't care about embarrasing you and they tack on an extremeley high deposit after being a customer for over a year. Please send me your emails.
