This bank is awful I made a few late payments and they charge way too much for late payments, I was told my loan pay off amount was 92.00 dollars which I paid, they are now saying I owe another 92.00 something in late fees and the rest of my march payment they are saying they did not recieve an April payment, they are ridiculous. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
