I had the same issues with them. I love there response to the customer above. Competitor?whatever...OMG how do companys like you stay in business. I noticed you now sell through Home DEPOT. This is really going to hurt you now. They won't your pathetic product. Chris in technical support should work in a place where he never has contact with the human race.
