Apparently "Melissa" (goes by 'Alice', too) got tired of posting the same kind of racist rants on other consumer sites. LOL...I'd kind of missed the insanity of this woman's persecution complex.
I visited their location on Rural Road in Tempe, Az. and was impressed with their service. They did as they were asked, pointed out A/C filter needed changing-it was gross and off I went, happy customer. You may want to try another location.
