I agree, I'd never purchase from Roomful Express again. I bought a bedroom set and it was delivered without the rails. I went into the store and they advised me my salesperson was cut from the staff because of downsizing so I had to deal with someone else who had no clue what parts I needed.
She gave me the customer service number and a manager named Jen was really rude and short with me. OVER THEIR ERROR!

Two bills dated July 2, and August 18, were both associated with my Workers Compensation injury from July 17, which affected my left hip. The sole purpose of my visits to this doctor was related to the workers' compensation claim. This office had previously made billing errors. Last week, I, May, lodged a complaint against Aurora St. Luke's for two bills, each for $35.00, which should have been covered under Workers Compensation for my July 17, left hip injury. The only reason for my appointments was due to this injury. When the billing office made this mistake before, I reached out to them, and the issue was rectified. During my most recent call regarding the issue mentioned above, the representative informed me that Workers Compensation had refused to pay for this. The two dates in question are July 2, and August 18, both of which fall under the workers' compensation coverage. Through legal representation, the case was settled between Milwaukee County and myself earlier in the year 2022. May
