They are by far the worst lender I have ever dealt with...I have waited 6 months, and have given them everything they asked for except my blood and still nothing. Perhaps if I was Senator chris Dodd I could have gotten a deal...The good news is Bank Of America bought them out and will probably dissove them when they see how HORRIBLE they are. They go beyond the word SUCK
