They are complete rip-off artist. I have the same problem and it just ties your computer up and you can't get anything done. I did not want the extra's that they force down your throat either. I am writing the Better Business Bureau about them and would suggest everyone that has encountered them do the same. Enough complaints and they will have to shut down.
