there response was good via e-mail, but receptionist claimed it would be an hour but it would be more like 8 or the following day, my eviction was dismissed after covert and covert mediated with my landlord at a good price of 189 (which they charged additional to process my card) but still good:)
They were not exceptional at returning phone calls but they did end up with good results in my favor for only 189 with my landlord with reference to me almost being evicted illegally and they "mediated" the issue with him. I worlked with a leon fillipiak, not sure if this is the leon your working with...
