I am a loan costumer of citifinacial (8735918).I had availed a personnel loan from this bank in Aug 2006 at an interest of 28% / annum.Last two years I have paid a regular basis EMI.Due to my job nature got transfer to Kavarathy(one Island) where no bank facility is available.Since I never default to pay EMI.If any EMI escape I used to pay in next.In Feb 2008 I paid my last Installment, since then I did not got chance to come Main Land.I often call to the costumer care for my problem and even I promise the bank to pay on arrival on 14 Sep 2008 with all due.But the bank sent the recovery agent to my old quarter which I have handed over and abuse my job mate and demand the EMI.It hampers a lot to my carrier.I m in Central Govt Service and I can not cheat the bank, because the service requirement I could not pay the EMI's.The bank has not any social response and even did the dishonor to the costumer.
