I charged $10 at a time, there was a little over $9 left in the account since June 2007, when I went to make a call in Nov. 2007 this company's toll free number was out of service. I tried for two more days, including sending an email of which I received no response.
At this point, I contacted American Express and explained the problem, they immediately gave a credit for $10 and the problem went away. I do not know if they removed this money from this uncaring and rip-off company's account but one thing everybody should have is the American Express Card. They are customer friendly, excellent service and they listen to you, they are a no nonsense type company, they make it easy and go out of their way to accomodate you. They have a toll free number for calls to them from out of the United States and will send you a replacement card within two business days, I know this from first hand experience when I was robbed in an overseas trip.
My experience with Visa, Mastercard and Discover regarding complaints and disputes have been very sour. I hope this comment can help others.
