I am on hold right now for 20 minutes with the same problem. I called AT&T last month and they credited me last months and said if it showed again I would have to call this company to cancel and then if they did not refund me AT&T would credit me for whatever they didn't.
So call AT&T and tell them what happened and they should credit you too. This is stupid.. I don't even speak spanish, I hope the person who comes on speaks english... UGH!
